We schedule visits ahead of time as dedicated time blocks, planned around your activities, meals, and care routines. Emergency dispensing is available upon request between visits.
If a resident does not have a copy of their prescription, we contact their doctor directly.
Adjustments, tune-ups, and minor repairs are included at every visit, so residents stay comfortable in their glasses long after delivery.
Every resident is fitted by a Florida-licensed Optician who takes the time to listen, explain, and get it right.
Just a quiet space with a table, chairs, and good lighting, along with a list of residents who would like to be seen. That list helps us make the most of each scheduled time block.
